1. Delivery of Digital Goods

We do not sell or ship physical products. All services, including wallet top-ups, subscriptions, API keys, and dataset access, are delivered digitally over the internet.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Upon successful payment processing via our payment gateway, access to digital services is granted instantly.

• API Keys: Available immediately in your developer dashboard.
• Subscriptions: Your account tier is upgraded immediately.
• Wallet Top-ups: Funds will reflect in your account balance within seconds.

3. Technical Issues

In rare cases, network latency or gateway delays might cause a slight delay in digital delivery. If your purchased services are not activated within 1 hour of a successful payment deduction, please contact us immediately at support@kdlcore.tech for manual resolution.
