Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and demographic information required to establish your profile.

Contributions: When you use our platform to record audio or submit text, we store these files. These files are linked to your demographic metadata (e.g., age bracket, regional dialect) but decoupled from your direct identity (name/email) when exported for the public dataset.

Payment Data: If you make purchases, your payment data is processed directly by our secure payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

To maintain and secure your account.
To build and distribute the open Kashmiri dataset for AI training and linguistic research.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you regarding updates, support, or promotions.

3. Data Sharing and Anonymization

Voice recordings and text contributions are aggregated into datasets. Before any dataset is made public or sold via our API, we strip personally identifiable information (PII) to ensure your privacy is maintained. We do not sell your personal account data (email, name) to third parties.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, or request its deletion. Please note that while we can delete your account, audio/text contributions that have already been anonymized and packaged into distributed datasets may not be retrievable for deletion.
